PE

At All Saints Church School our vision is to inspire every child to be passionate and enjoy Physical Education and Sport.

We aim to embed a Physical Education Curriculum and ethos throughout the school that embeds collaboration, self-development, wellbeing and fitness. Our overarching goal is that all children have enjoyable experiences in a variety of sports and games that will continue into their adult lives. We aim to promote an education that enables children to make informed choices about physical activity to promote positive attitudes, regardless of ability, towards hygiene, fitness and health.

Early years Provision:

Early Years and Foundation Stage is the first step into the development of a pupils gross and fine motor skills. The children start off by building confidence and control in the transferable skills needed to become successful in future physical activities and sports. The lessons are challenging, engaging, imaginative and, most of all, FUN!

Extra-Curricular:

To enhance the PE curriculum and to give pupils additional opportunities, we provide a range of extra-curricular sports clubs, including (but not limited to): multi-sports, netball, football, tennis, tag-rugby and athletics.

We pride ourselves on competition being accessible to all at All Saints. As part of the local area, we offer regular inter- and intra-school sporting fixtures which are open to all children within the school.
